CHAMPION Base Configuration

The CHAMPION machine is equipped with advanced technological components. It features a unique heat-treated steel frame with a mineral-composite filling. During operation, especially when working with thin metal, the vibration of the frame is significantly reduced compared to machines with cast iron or welded frames.

The exchange table is designed for automatic pallet change in the working area of the machine. The operator initiates the pallet change process, and it is completed automatically.

Cabinet protection is used to ensure the safety of the operator, other personnel, and the production area from the adverse effects that may occur during machine operation.
WITH THE TUBE CUTTING MODULE
This module allows for laser cutting of metal tubes with an outer diameter of up to 250 mm with high precision and speed. The cutting path can be either straight or contoured.
The CHAMPION machine with the "Tube Cutting" module enables the processing of round and rectangular profile tubes up to 6 meters in length. If needed, a tube cutter can be customized for non-standard tube lengths.

FRAME PROTECTION FROM BURNING
Safe and stable operation on machines with high-power sources (over 3 kW)
The frames of machines produced by Chelyabinsk Machine-Building Plant with power sources of 3 kW and above are equipped with special protective screens. These screens protect the machine's structural frame from damage caused by high-power laser beams. As a result, you can process thick metals with peace of mind, as the frame is reliably protected from burning and temperature deformations.

The CHAMPION series machines operate at high speeds and maintain high cutting precision over a long period, without being affected by vibration thanks to the mineral-composite frame. The capabilities of the mineral-composite frame are visually demonstrated in the graphs.

with Chinese lasers
The frame and portal are made of the same material - steel. There will be no loss of accuracy over time due to temperature fluctuations.
The frame is made of cast iron or steel, and the portal is made of aluminum. With temperature fluctuations, the structure "tears itself apart." At a width of 2 meters, the values can be up to 0.3 mm, while the accuracy of the machines is claimed to be +/- 0.02 mm.
The frame is made of steel, heat-treated, and filled with special concrete to dampen vibrations.
The frame is not heat-treated, has a "liquid" structure, and cannot provide a reliable foundation for the dynamic operation of the portal.
Our speed is confirmed by engineering calculations and actual tests.
The claimed speeds do not match the applied drives - customer expectations are not met.
