With this letter, we inform and confirm that in 2022 we have purchased and installed the AVANGARD-3015-3000W-IPG laser cutting machine produced by CHSZ (Chelyabinsk Machine-Building Plant).

Considering that the machine is currently performing its functions successfully and fully meets the declared technical specifications, LLC Sphere has decided to purchase the CHSSZ-T6-d20-D250-2000W IPG pipe laser cutting system, also produced by CHSZ (Chelyabinsk Machine-Building Plant). The contract for the supply of the CHSZ-T6-d20-D250-2000W IPG pipe laser cutting system was concluded in April of this year.

In January 2022, ABK-PROM company purchased the CHAMPION-3015-ET-2000W-IPG Laser Cutting System from CHSZ. It was put into operation in February 2022. The main reason for choosing CHSZ as the supplier was the delivery time. From the contract signing to the installation of the machine in our production, it took less than 3 weeks.

Currently, the machine has been in operation for over 15 months. It is used intensively, seven days a week, for at least twelve hours a day. It has proven to be a reliable workhorse.

I would also like to note the high efficiency of the technical support. Having both the CHSZ-produced laser and a Chinese OREE laser in our fleet, I can confidently say that CHSZ's problem-solving speed is much higher.

I would like to say a few words about the laser machine produced by CHSZ, which we purchased in August 2022 and have been using for almost a year.

First and foremost, I want to highlight the high quality of the cut and the accuracy of the initial parameters of the part when the machine is properly set up. We were able to achieve an accuracy of +-0.05 mm, which is more than satisfactory for our products. The machine was mainly used for cutting galvanized steel 08PS with thicknesses ranging from 0.45 to 2 mm. We also had experience cutting 2 mm aluminum and oxygen cutting of steel up to 8 mm. For all these metals, we were able to achieve good cutting quality.

An important aspect of industrial laser cutting machines is their productivity, and in this aspect, the machine did not disappoint. It is built on a sturdy frame, which ensures stable operation and minimal vibrations. The laser is user-friendly thanks to the well-designed and intuitive SC2000 interface with functional CAD systems. There are also several automatic functions, such as automatic laser focusing and safety sensors, which simplify the setup process and help prevent damage to expensive equipment.

In conclusion, the AVANGARD-3015 industrial CNC laser cutting system is a high-quality equipment that provides precise and high-quality cutting, high productivity, ease of use, reliability, and a wide range of capabilities.
